Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance

1. Purchasing a product that includes a warranty can ensure your peace of mind. If the item doesn’t work as expected during its lifetime and you have selected our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance, this warranty may enable a replacement for the product, covering its cost, excluding any shipping fees.

   • This warranty will become void if there is misuse, ordinary wear and tear, or if the product is discontinued.

   • The term “Lifetime” refers to the period when the product is still being manufactured.
   • The warranty may be canceled without any prior notice to the customer.
2. To activate your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:
   
   • Take a photo or a brief video of the item.
   • Go to our Contact Form page to submit a request, selecting Lifetime Warranty as your category.
   • Attach the photo or video to your submission.
3. You will be notified within 48 hours if your request for a replacement has been approved.
