The Tracking Number Has Been Emailed
- If the shipment status indicates either βLabel Createdβ or βShipment Notification Sent,β please contact us through our Contact Form page. We will check with our Fulfillment Center to see if itβs possible to modify the order. You will be updated within 24 to 48 business hours regarding whether the modification can be made.
- We appreciate your understanding that if the shipment status has moved beyond βLabel Createdβ or βShipment Notification Sent,β we canβt guarantee the ability to cancel the parcel, as it has already left our Fulfillment Center and is currently in transit. However, we will do our utmost to assist you in any way we can.
