Late Deliveries

1. Although most packages arrive within the expected delivery window, some orders may be delayed past the estimated date.
   1. Potential reasons for these delays include:
      1. An incomplete or incorrect address, such as missing apartment, building, floor, or unit details.
         1. If the address matches what we emailed you in your Order Confirmation, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery.
         2. If the address is incorrect per the Order Confirmation, unfortunately, we can no longer make changes.

      2. Adverse weather conditions
         1. Severe weather, such as storms, tsunamis, tornadoes, snowstorms, or heat waves, can cause delays in delivery. Couriers, like all businesses, may experience difficulties delivering in bad weather. Monitoring weather updates via local news can be helpful, especially if your area’s postal services report severe conditions. Please be aware that deliveries may be impacted by such circumstances.
      3. International customs processing
         1. If your parcel is held up at customs in your country, we ask for your patience as they complete the required clearance steps.
