Incorrect Item
- An incorrect item means that you received a product that is entirely different from what was displayed on our website.

- Example 2 [Will be replaced]: You ordered lipstick and you received mascara.
- Example 3 [Will NOT be replaced]: You ordered a weighted plushie and you feel that it's not weighted.

- Example 4 [Will NOT be replaced]: You ordered a jacket in size large and you feel that you received a size small.
- Our goal is to give customers all the necessary details so they can decide whether to proceed with their order or cancel it if the product does not align with their needs.
- We will generate a replacement order using the same shipping method as your original order.
- To assist in processing your replacement quickly, please provide three photographs of the received item from various angles.
- If a replacement is approved, you do not need to return the incorrect item.
Items Not Received After 30 Days
- If you havenโt received your items after 30 days (excluding items marked as delivered by the carrier, such as USPS or Canada Post), you are eligible for a free replacement.
- A new order will be initiated using the same shipping speed as your original order.
