- If you realize the shipping address was incorrect after your order has shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page to see if a replacement can be arranged. However, please understand that all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and you contacted us before the order shipped submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!
